A true black male with the fleece characteristics of a light animal! He is growing into an outstanding young male. Eclipse has started his breeding season this spring 2018! Love the brightness that this girl carries in her fleece! Juliet also has a lovely handling fleece. Conformation is no issue with this girl, good solid bone, perfect bite, and a healthy frame, can't complain about that! Juliet always has healthy offspring and always maintains her body condition while nursing and when pregnant again. Juliet is a very protective mom and very watchful of everything. Juliet gave us a healthy beige boy on 8/27/2014. Will have to watch as this boy develops. Navarro (SOLD) as we have named him, has a very bright and soft handling fleece so far. This lovely female has been bred to NPA Peruvian Orion Suave for a 2016 offspring. We are very excited for this combination of genetics and qualities of fleece! She is being rebred back to Iceman for a 2019 cria and gave birth to an attractive male (SFAR Henry) on 8/7/19. She gave birth to a cria in August 2020 sired by NPA Agave (owned by Cedar Creek Alpacas). IT IS A GIRL (SFAR Josephine)!!!!!!! Finally! Juliet will be due at the end of August/beginning of September 2021 with a cria sired by R Creek's Stayin Alive owned by North Plains Alpacas. She gave us a stunning male (SFAR Josiah). Once again Juliet gave us another female on 9/19/2022 (SFAR Jade) sired by R Creek's Legendary Eclipse owned by NORTH PLAINS ALPACAS. Definitely had to repeat that breeding for a 2023 offspring and we sure were happy with that choice! She gave us another female (SFAR Jasmine)! JULIET has proven to give us offspring with consistent stats of uniformity, good crimp, acceptable staple length, excellent brightness. She has truly been a foundational female for us.

At 9 years old Lover is #4 in SD 2022 EPDs! At 12 he is #12! Lover produced one True Black and two DasG/Roan cria last year! We are very proud to announce our partnership with Lynn Edens/Little Creek Alpacas in this unique male Snowmass Lovers Legacy XX. He escaped notice and was not used for breeding until he was four when he exhibited lasting traits of fineness and exceptional staple length. For us it was a four year search for a male of this quality to put over our light and dark females. His offspring are showing off his prepotency and colorwise he has produced fawn when bred to any color, as well as darker colors and black. colors. In EPDs I was particularly looking at the SD and SL which are 0.29 and 11%. respectively. Check out his 7 year old histogram. Lovers is the most complete male for passing on his characteristics to his offspring Lover has been heavily used at Little Creek this summer. I persuaded Lynn to allow us to share him a year at a time so he will be standing stud here in Oregon September 2020 until September 2021.. then alternate years. I'm so excited that we will be able to cover females due to deliver this fall and again next spring/summer for those already bred. We are using him over all colors including Black this year. He is already a busy boy! Lover lives up to his name as he is an assertive breeder but very gentle with us. Lovers Legacy's breedings are restricted-Limited breedings available.
