He shows exceptional uniformity from shoulder to rump and well into his lower belly—this boy is packing on the fleece! Conformationally, he stands on a solid, well-balanced frame with a true-to-type head style. His personality is relaxed and laid-back, a trait he’s known to inherit from his sire, CCNF Elixir. ZAPPHIRE Zapphire is a friendly, laid-back girl with a calm temperament. She is halter-trained, easy to work with, and carries a wonderfully soft, bright fleece. Zapphire delivered her first cria in the spring of 2022—a beautiful fawn boy we named Zion. His color was a surprise, but we were thrilled with this handsome little guy. Zapphire proved to be a stellar mama right from the start, especially for a maiden. Color Genotype: Ee a1a3 In Fall 2023, Zapphire delivered a gorgeous female cria, sired by our Nova grandson, Dark Force—a textbook delivery! In Spring 2024, she was bred to Double Barrel. At five years old, Zapphire continued to maintain an impressive Grade 2 fleece with excellent organization. As we shift our focus toward our lighter breeding program, we made the difficult decision in Winter 2025 to offer Zapphire for sale as a “two-in-one” package, with her Double Barrel cria due in April. In Spring 2025, she delivered our very first Double Barrel cria—a strong, healthy boy. True to form, she has been a fantastic mama. This lively little guy is already bee-bopping around the pasture, eagerly waiting for playmates! In Fall 2025, Zapphire was bred back to Double Barrel, with a confirmed positive ultrasound.
